This town has a state-of-the-art dentist, four doctors, a wonderful hospital, optometrist and optician, all your medical needs can be met here. We are only an hours drive from a little city called Yorkton and just 2 hours from Brandon. The school system here is very good. There are many activities for children to partake in. Russell is a very active and progressive town that is becoming a big part of Manitoba's tourism. There is a large hotel with indoor pool for friends and family to stay. We are 15 minutes from a Provincial park. We have the Asessippi Ski hill here. The Lake of the Prairies is a 40 mile long lake with resorts, cottages, camping, boating and golf all along the lake.
