Bigger than a corner store, and smaller than a big supermarket chain, Marrochi's provides the local residents of Cumberland with a pleasant place to do their shopping.
This is a heritage building, deliberately maintained to keep it's original appearance from when Cumberland was an active coal-town.
Reg Grahame, has owned and operated Maracchi's for the past 18 years.

Note the lock up for tobacco products, and the rental videos kept behind the counter.
8' of shelf space is devoted to chocolate bars and sweets.

Maracchi's is within 3 blocks of both an elementary school and a junior high school.
Because of this, we carry a large assortment of bulk candies and ice cream novelties.
As well as candies and chips, we provide ice cream cakes and soft ice cream cones, which are popular all year round.
Fresh produce is always available.
This is the large dairy case from the storage side, looking out to the main store.
This propane heater keeps the store cozy and warm in the chilly winter months.
The central air conditioning unit keeps things pleasantly cool in the summer months.
There is a small office area in the rear of the store.
This area provides some additional storage room, as well as extra freezer space.
Marocchi's also provides video rentals to the residents of Cumberland.
If you're looking for a particular magazine, odds are Marocchi's carries it. If it doesn't-- ask Mr. Grahame, he can likely order it in for you!
We also carry a good selection of greeting cards and gift wrapping supplies.
Groceries, Housewares, Pet Foods and Health-care items. Marocchi's carries it all.
