on 4 acres of land on the east side of Good Spirit Lake. There is
plenty of room to add on with more cabins, more seasonal sites or an
addition to the house. A hot tub building would make a very valuable
addition for winter visitors. While not on the waterfront, the
business is close to a public beach, campground and picnic sites.
Until now the hamlet of Burgis Beach has been an undiscovered jewel
in the parkland. The hamlet has about 300 cabins and many more empty
