The house is in need of some
repair and shingles. The house stands on top of a hill 100 yards from
the lake which is downhill from the house. The view used to be cleared
but has grown wild again, so the new owners could decide where to clear
and what to leave. The house has hard wood floors and ceilings, red
cedar walls in living room and pine on one wall in master bedroom. There
is a spare bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The well and
sewer are in the basement, but need to be plumbed into the house, so the
new owner could decide where to install the sinks, etc. Living room
window overlooks the lake.
The lake has Loons, Pelicans, Fish and Blue Herons. The wildlife that
travels around the lake and through the property includes Deer, Moose,
Foxes, Raccoons, and lots lots more!
