I have been the sole owner of the Copper Pot Restaurant for about 20 years, and its customers have been very good to me. Not too many places can boast 99% good reviews. The place is very warm and has a good atmosphere that makes you feel like you are at home.

Taxes are low because the building is long, not wide, and is located on the main street. The business is very easy to operate with the front and lounge doors both facing each other and has door bells on them to let you know if a customer is coming in or going out.

The business has doubled in volume since two restaurant/lounges have closed down, never to open again. One is being made into a town parking lot and the other a home and place of boxing. Being the only Family Restaurant and Lounge there is no competition.

I have a nice deck in back that has a partial roof for the music Bands to set up and play with lots of room to dance. The Sports lot also has plenty of room, with tables to sit down at. There is also a bar window for service on the lot, with two horseshoe pits. The Sports lot has a great deal of potential for Birthday parties, small weddings, office parties and of course, horseshoe tournaments. I also get plenty of lake traffic stopping in, on their way to and from the beaches.
