The Viking Lodge
has been owned and operated by Ted and Leslie Smith since
1976. It is the largest fishing / hunting lodge in the
Northwest division of Manitoba. It is a well established camp
located at the mouth of the Grass River Provincial Park / Canoe
System. 52 miles of fishing with access to 5 lakes and 3 portage
lakes. |

We offer
boats/motors, 1 fly-in camp, spring and fall non-resident black
bear hunting packages (19 allocated tags), grouse, duck
hunts. Approximately 500 miles from the US border.
Species of fish
are Northern Pike, Walleye, Lake Trout, Rainbow and Brook Trout,
White Fish and Tulibee. We offer just about everything you
might need for your stay. 16 modern / ultra modern
light-housekeeping cabins, 24 full-service RV / tent sites,
regular / mixed gas, oil, propane, ice, fishing tackle, hunting
supplies, fish freezing, confectionary items, dockage, playground,
laundry facilities and boat/motor parts. Mechanic is on duty
for repair problems. |
