Calving facilities.

We receive 50-60 hunters per year from
Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba. The land is next to 40 quarters of Crown land.

Located 12 miles from Hartney, Manitoba. Amenities include: K-12 schools, nursery school, personal health centre, 2 farm implement dealers, credit union, co-op, golf course, new skating rink, air strip, main rail-line. Near the Oak Lake Resort, a popular camping, fishing and swimming spot. Hartney is 30 miles from the US border.

The town of Hartney is planning to open up an ethanol gas plant. This will be a big boom to the area. In addition, Sourisi (28 miles) has developed a bio-diesel plant.
