Vernon, 10 km from world class ski resort offering cat skiing, heli-skiing
and cross country skiing. There are hundreds of surrounding lakes
for Lumby is becoming a very popular tourist area with still lots of potential for growth. Lumby is also host to international hang gliding and paragliding competitions, as well as national motor bike rallies. Hubert's is a beautifully decorated and very well maintained restaurant with a lovely country setting. It is close to all amenities. Hubert's has a prime location situated on 95' of main street and highway exposure, with plenty of room for growth and expansion. It is on a large 10,500 ft² parcel of property. |

There is a seating capacity of 50 in
restaurant and 50 on the beautiful garden patio. The patio is now covered by a new pergola which provides a lovely ambiance as well as shelter from direct sun. This is a very popular restaurant and it draws people from all over for its prize winning European cuisine winning best in the north Okanagan for 2005. There is a complete computer system in both offices with all information including menus. There is also a printer for easy menu updates.
