Alabaster Varieties

We provide a number of unsusal and varied stones in a wide range of colours. Some of these are better suited to experienced sculptors.

Raspberry A raspberry base colour in a swirl pattern with light green and some yellow. raspberry alabaster
Green A slightly translucent light green with some clear gray tone and occasional rich yellow or red brown streaks. green alabaster
Creme Beige Marbled or streaked beige marking in a rich light cream. creme beige alabaster
Cloud Cloudy beige and white with semi-translucent light gray background. cloud beige alabaster
Green Select Hand picked blocks of darker green, green with more bold reds, browns or sienna yellow. green select alabaster
Raspberry Select  Blocks selected for unusual rich dark tones with less green and deeper reds. raspberry select alabaster
Coral Pink Beautiful salmon or rose marbling in a light pink to white background. Dark tree root veining patterns. coral pink alabaster
Wintergreen An even textured silver-gray with green tone and some small raspberry streaks. wintergreen alabaster
Mahogany Rich medium to dark red brown with occasional light brown or white specks and some blocks with yellow streaks mahogany alabaster
Coffee Cloud Exotic red brown, and dark gray to black marking in a clear gray background. coffee cloud alabaster
Zuni Red Reds, orange reds, and some purple reds in a white or light gray background. zuni red alabaster
Marbled White Off white colour with tree root darker pattern throughout. Dark veins are translucent in light. marbled white alabaster
Others Occasionally other colours become available such as, transparent orange, crackled gold etc. These are generally in short supply.
